ConcretePOA handles extremely sensitive family and legal-adjacent documents. This policy explains what we collect, how we protect it, and what rights you keep.
What we collect
We collect account information, uploaded POA PDFs, document metadata, bank selections, submission notes, and limited usage analytics needed to improve workflow reliability.
How we store it
Documents are stored on secure cloud infrastructure with encryption at rest and TLS in transit. Access is limited to authenticated product workflows and operational support.
How we use POA documents
ConcretePOA uses your files only to compare them against bank-specific requirements, generate fix plans, and power your account history. We do not sell your files or use them to train public AI models.
Retention and deletion
Documents remain in your account while it is active. If you delete your account, uploaded documents are queued for permanent deletion within 30 days.
Your rights
You can request export or deletion of your personal data, update account information, and remove individual files at any time from your dashboard.
